End of the term 3

Hola a todos!

We had a pretty busy term, sorry we didn’t send a newsletter as usual at the beginning of the term. We are always in contact through Facebook and our News section on our website.

Term 3 is finishing this week, we hope you have all enjoyed it. We had two big changes on our staff! We have sadly said farewell to Bea who has moved to New Plymouth (she is happy and settling there, buena suerte! te extranaremos!). On the other hand, we have been blessed by officially starting working with lovely Gisella (bienvenida!!).

Our institute is open during holiday time. We have 2 free fun events coming up. Do you know we run Conversation classes for adults and Immersion Holiday Programs for children during term holidays? Read on…

Payments

Remember ALL payments are due before the courses/ private classes start. Terms & Conditions are on our website and on the second page of the invoices. We also have a Frequent Asked Question section on our website to answer your doubts. Please contact us if you have any other questions which is not stated on the website.

Conversation classes: Beginners & Intermediate levels – Free trial class for those enrolled in term 3

During break time, we offer conversation classes on Wednesdays. Please contact us if you are willing to try a conversation class for your level on Wed 30 Sept (spaces are limited to 10 students so hurry!). The full description and fees are on our Adult Courses – please enrol online. Enrol online for a free trial lesson too! – state you are enrolling for a trial lesson; if you decide to continue with the following 2 classes, you will be paying $50 – $67.50 for all other registered students for 3 classes, please note these 3 classes are only for students who have done courses or private lessons with us in the past. They are not suitable for new students.

Spanish Immersion Holiday Program & Spanish Club on Saturdays (for children ages 5 to 12 – open to all levels)

Our Spanish Immersion Holiday Program has been a success last holidays. Enrolments are opened now for children options during holidays and term 4. Courses are detailed in our website.

Free end of the term events 

Spring family day!

Celebracion del dia de la primavera en Speak Spanish (con el apoyo de AHA – Aotearoa Hispanic Association) – evento familiar.

Come along to celebrate Spring in our institute – 59 Hewitts Road (Rangi Ruru Girl’s School) together with AHA – Aotearoa Hispanic Association. Bring your picnic mat/ chairs and something to eat & drink to have a picnic with us.

This is a gold coin donation event – the money will go to support AHA. Please register/ enrol here if you are coming, this will make things easier to organise the event. We do appreciate your enrolment!

Movie Night (suitable for children too!)

Come & enjoy watching one of our Latin American movies from our collection. Movies are shown in their original language with subtitles in English. Pop- corn will be provided! Families are welcome.

Please send us an email or call us to book your seats as spaces are limited! – The movie will be shown in L3 room this term.

Term 4 enrol now starting on Monday 19 Oct

Dates are updated now, please enrol online. You will receive an invoice once you have received your enrolment. All students must pay full fees before starting. Please Check T&Cs.

 

Complaints

Talk to your teacher first. Only after talking to your teacher, talk with Laura – Head Teacher; it is important you feel comfortable in your course; if we know what your goals and difficulties are, we are able to adapt our program to your needs. Communication is essential for us.

Talk with Laura regarding any complaints regarding any administration issues you may have.
